Male pelvis rule 9 : Hydrocele

1-Hydrocele means accumulation of fluid between the visceral and parietal tunica vaginalis.

2-It may occurs in isolation or in association with epididymitis, orchitis, torsion, trauma or tumor.

Gray scale ultrasound image of testicle shows simple anechoic fluid (F) surrounding testicle (T). This is consistent with a simple hydrocele. There were no other associated findings.
