MRCP

Primary sclerosing cholangitis in a 69-year-old man. (a) Coronal volume-rendered MRCP image generated from respiratory-triggered 3D fast-recovery FSE source images. There are multiple focal alternating strictures and prominence of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts (black arrow) with a dominant benign stricture of the common hepatic duct (white arrow). (b) ERCP image shows corresponding multiple focal alternating strictures and prominence of intrahepatic and extrahepatic ducts (black arrow) and the dominant benign common hepatic duct stricture (white arrow).
