MRCP

Stricture of the distal CBD secondary to pancreatitis in a 59-year-old woman.

(a) Coronal maximum intensity projection and 

(b) volume-rendered MRCP images generated by using respiratory-triggered 3D fast-recovery FSE source images. There is a distal CBD stricture (white arrow) with secondary intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation (black arrows).

(c) PTC image demonstrates the corresponding stricture (white arrow) and ductal dilatation (black arrows).
