-To say that this gall bladder is pyemic, you must have the following criteria
1-Gall bladder dilatation due to obstruction commonly by a stone in the neck(gall bladder mucocele).
2- In addition to infection inside its lumen, this can be suggested by presence of gas inside the lumen and by spreading of this infection to the surrounding hepatic tissue which take enhancement after contrast injection.
