-Crohn,s disease affects the small bowel mainly the terminal ileum, less likely the large bowel.

Stricture
Cobble stone mucosal appearance.
Skip lesions.
-Complications
Perforation into peritoneal cavity causing peritoneal abscess.
Fistulous communication with other parts of intestine or urinary bladder.
Sinus communication through the skin.
