Adrenal masses

They can be classified according their functions into :

1-Functioning tumors:

-This is determined clinically and laboratory.

-The lesion could be Pheochromocytoma, Cushing Syndrome, or Hyperaldosteronism according to clinical and laboratory findings.

2-Non functioning tumors:

-Which could be one of two, adenoma or metastases.

-Most common malignancy metastazises to adrenal glands is bronchogenic carsinoma.
